Diesel Low Pressure Roots Blower

Yinchi’s pre startup inspection of Diesel Low Pressure Roots Blower:

(1) Check the tightness of the connection between bolts and nuts.

(2) Check the lubrication condition to ensure that the oil level is in the center position of the oil gauge.

(3) Check the tension of the belt and the alignment of the pulley.

(4) Check the voltage and frequency of the power supply;

(5) Check if all instruments are normal, and promptly notify maintenance personnel to replace them if there are any abnormalities.

(6) Open the main valve on the pipeline and the outlet valve of the blower that needs to be operated, while keeping the outlet valves of other non operating blowers in the "closed" state to avoid overloading the blower and damage to the machine.
